GNAP – TANF Monthly Report
From the Oasis homepage, click “My Agency,” then select the “Reports” tab, and click “Assistance.”
When the menu appears, click “Table.” Choose “Filter by Date of Assistance” and enter the desired start and end date. Next, select “Filter by Demographic Match.” Scroll to “Do you receive TANF?” and select “Yes.” When all filters are set, select “Next.” Select “Summary: Assistance Unit Totals.” Scroll down and select “View Report.”
To create a report template to use for your monthly eHarvest reports:
Scroll to the recently created Assistance Report in the “Recent Reports” section and select “Add to Saved Reports.” Then scroll to the report in the “Saved Reports” section and click “Edit.” Update the report title to “GNAP TANF – Monthly Report Template,” select “Save & Continue,” and then choose “Save & Close.”
Going forward, you can update the Start Date and End Date to use this template for future monthly reports.
