This is sent to participants 30 days before their recertification is required. The letter informs them that their recertification is due the following month.

From the CSFP tab, select “Add Form.”

From the drop-down menu, choose “CSFP Recertification Letter” and then select “Add CSFP Form.”

Complete all fields and then select “Save & Close.”
